The Prenup Shoot

We have previously posted How to Prepare for the Prenup Photo Shoot, now we will share on some useful tips on how to act during the actual shoot. As we all know, theory is far different from the actual application.

Here’s what transpired during our photo shoot:

1.       Hair and Makeup (HMU)

We ensured that on the day of the shoot, we feel and look good. Thru our photographer, we scouted for a local salon that could provide us the best service.

With makeup artist Dexter of Vicky Hannah Salon and Spa
Salcedo St., Brgy. III, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur

During the session, we interacted with our HMU artist Dexter and we found out that he previously worked for Jun Encarnacion Salon. You can see by the finished product that Dex is indeed a seasoned artist.

Voila! All made up and ready!

2. Location

We are privileged to choose Ilocandia as the location of the shoot. We were able to explore the region and had so much fun in doing the shoot. Here are our locations:
Mira Hills, Vigan

Salcedo Plaza, Vigan
<>
Mindoro Beach
Cape Bojeador
Bangui Windmills
Mena Crisologo
3.       Photographer
It was a pleasure to work with our well respected former boss and artist extraordinaire Sir Robert Regala. You can obviously see from the finished product the quality of the pictures. Take a look at some sample pics:
Love Wherever, Cape Bojeador
For Love's Sake, Mena Crisologo

4.       Theme
With our generous sponsor Anthony and beautiful stylists Raqs Reyes, Lei Ferrer and the Montojo girls Dan and Liza, we were able to pull off our chosen theme for the shoot:
Cowboy at Mena Crisologo

All White Summer Costume

Formal Wear
5.  Vanity Kit

Unless you have an assistant to keep your things, then you can skip reading this part. For our part, it was an out of town trip so we have to put things in order since it would only be us and our dedicated photographer.
The following are the items that should have been inside out vanity kit if only we knew, trust me you’ll need these:

a. Tissue

b. Make-up kit

c. Nail Cutter

d. Double sided tape

f. Safety Pin

g. Loose Powder

h. Handkerchief
