Easy Recipe Series: Garlicky Pork
This new series just came to mind after I have posted the
first Financial Series entry. I thought why not share the easiest and instant recipes based
on my own experiment and discoveries that could help working individuals like
me. I might help those who are always in dilemma on what to cook after a day’s
work. As you can see, us, working 8 to 5 always opt to eat at fast food chains
which are sometimes costly and could be non-healthy, too.
½ cup oil
¼ teaspoon iodized salt
1 bulb Garlic
Maggi Magic Sarap
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 teaspoon vinegar
3. Simultaneous with the marinade, crush garlic and slice it
into small cubes. Set aside.
3. Add the crushed garlic.
4. Ensure that it turns into brownish color before adding
the pork.
5. Let the pork fry for 15 minutes.
6. You can see that it is well-cooked already if the garlic are starting to get crispy.
7. Don’t overcook the garlic as it will become black and could add a bitter taste to the pork.
8. Serve.
Health Benefits
This series talks about practical, handy and easy recipes,
not the ones you encounter in cooking shows and made by expert chefs. This is a
guide that could be helpful even to those who have not cooked in their entire
lives.
So basically this first entry is not really uncommon perhaps
you might have done this at home already.

Health Benefits
Almost done |
The presence of abundant garlic in itself is already a plus
factor for your health. As Wikipedia said, garlic is claimed to help prevent
heart disease (including atherosclerosis, high cholesterol, and high blood
pressure) and cancer. This would balance the cholesterol content in pork and
oil.
Try partnering this dish with tea or milk to avoid the
unpleasant smell after eating. You'll surely enjoy the crunchy and sumptuous taste of pork.
